Maple Bacon Breakfast Sandwich: bacon, bake cage free egg, melted cheddar cheese with a light maple syrup served grilled on a classic style English muffin.
The Spicy Deluxe: avocado, pepper-jack, egg with house made sriracha mayo on an English muffin.
Breakfast Burrito: a large flour tortilla stuffed with two scramble eggs, diced potatoes, shredded Monterey Jack and your choice of sauce.
Veggie Burrito: black beans, potatoes, arugula, red peppers, carrots with garlic aioli and salsa grilled on a flour tortilla. Plus your choice of pickled red onion or jalapeño’s.
Build your own breakfast sandwich: chose a meat, cheese and sauce to compliment an egg on an English muffin, croissant or bagel.

Lunch
Grilled Cheese: parmesan, provolone, and cheddar cheese grilled on rustic french bread. Served with a pickle and potato salad or chips..
Grilled Turkey Pesto: a hearty sandwich made with turkey, provolone, baby spinach with a pesto spread grilled on rustic french bread. Comes with a side of potato salad or chips.
Rosemary Chicken Melt: Diced chicken breast, celery, craisens and rosemary mixed with mayo, topped with provolone and grilled on rustic bread.
Spicy Turkey Club: turkey, bacon, pepper jack, avocado and Sriracha mayo on toasted rustic bread. Served with a pickle and side of potato salad or chips.
Mac n’ Cheese: Creamy white cheddar mac ’n cheese with crispy fried onions jalapeños. Choose the Pesto option and we'll substitute the fried onions & jalapeños with creamy pesto.
Chips with Salsa & Guac: Tortilla chips with salsa with option to add guacamole.
Coffee
Latte: two shots of our signature espresso paired with perfectly steamed milk.
Cappuccino: our traditional cappuccino comes in one size only, 6 oz, with two shots of our signature espresso and 4 oz of perfectly steamed milk. Like lots of foam in your cappuccino? Ask for it 'dry' in the notes.
Espresso: two shots of our signature espresso.
Macchiato: a double shot of espresso with one ounce of steamed milk.
Americano: two shots of our signature espresso with water. Makes for a richer, smoother cup of black coffee.
Drip: our own Cascadia Coffee Roasters provides our house blend, Paradise Park. Balanced and bold, this medium+ roast is a crowd favorite.
Cold Brew: like a force of nature, our original cold brew has a beautiful dark chocolate color and medium bodied presence. This smooth, richly flavored cold brew has an aroma reminiscent of toffee and caramel. It will wow you with its toasted oak and chocolate seductive aroma. The smooth, well-balanced finish both satisfied and quenches.
Cascadia Espresso & Tonic: sparkling water, espresso, vanilla and orange bitters. The perfect sparkling coffee!

Tea & More
Tea: Black, green and herbal teas from Portal Tea steeped in hot water.
Chai: Portal Tes’s West Coast Chia (Assam black tea, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, clove bud, sea salt, nutmeg lemon zest and vanilla bean) steamed with milk and sprinkled with cardamom and cinnamon.
Matcha: A barista blend matcha from Portal Tea whisked into steamed milk.
Steamer: milk steamed with your choice of house made flavors.
Kombucha: a rotating selection of Kombucha on tap… pick it out when you get here! We fill growlers too!
